Two Coat-Two Bake Process
 
Two Coat-Two Bake process consists of two steps of coating and baking following a pretreatment. The first step is coating and Baking a primer coat, and the second step is coating and baking top and back coat. Most of the prepainted zinc coated steel sheets and coils produced in world are of the Two Coat-Two Bake process type.

SPSL offers a choice of Polyester / SMP / PVF2 /Plastisol coatings which are guaranteed to last from 5 years to 25 years, depending on the service conditions and on project site condition.
